• Responsible for maintenance, up-keep, and contracts for MDI Management properties. Performs maintenance, trouble shooting, and repair of mechanical systems, plumbing, pneumatics, carpentry, masonry, and other physical structures and fixtures in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.

Inspecting product and maintaining regulatory compliance with all FSMA regs and SQF in the perishable dept.   Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 2am to 12:30pm

Oversee an entire product line’s inventory levels and conduct buying in respective categories through collaboration with management, procurement and administration.   Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English.
