To provide administrative support in HR that align with the company strategic initiatives
• Assist with application reviews, contact potential hires and scheduling interviews
• Ensure scheduling/completion of new hire screening and verification of documentation for I-9 purposes
• Supports the BAM program, open enrollment, wellness initiatives, GLINT survey, employee meetings, and additional employee engagement activities
• Assists with editing timesheets, and manual adjustments in the company timekeeping system, and other payroll functions
• Serves as backup to the HR Manager for operation of payroll processing
• Assists with compiling, editing articles and graphics for the Alex Lee Ink
• Maintains records of disciplinary action and ensures scanning to employee’s personnel file
• Assists with processing W/C documents and accidents reports
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
• Beginner to intermediate level Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines timely and efficiently
