Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our HCMS (Human Capital Management System). This role involves close collaboration with HR professionals, IT staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational needs and operates effectively.

** In office 3 days a week - Hickory, NC **

Responsibilities

• Implement and Configure HCMS: Lead the implementation and configuration of the HCMS, ensuring that it aligns with HR policies and procedures.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure optimal functionality.
• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the system. Conduct regular audits and validations of data.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of the HCMS.
• Acts as a project lead on all systems development affecting the HR department and/or impacting data maintained on the HCMS system. Acts as the liaison with IT, Finance, and other functional arears.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports from the HCMS to support HR decision-making and strategy development. Provides information for compliance reporting, external audits, government surveys, etc.
• Compliance: Ensure that the HCMS complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Manage HCMS implementation projects from initiation to completion, including timeline management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years managing HCMS implementation or related experience
• PeopleSoft 9.2 experience
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
