Responsibilities and tasks:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback to identify trends and insights.
• Create communication strategies to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate to address customer needs and deliver exceptional service experiences.
• Prepare and present findings through reports, presentations, and storytelling techniques.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative approaches to customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Help maintain accurate records and manage multiple assignments effectively while adhering to deadlines.
• Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, service, or call center settings is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or similar tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and proposing solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
